In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties, the following provisions are hereby formulated(Please read carefully):
1.All partners who buy Kluevu's products wholesale can only retail and can't resell in batches. If they find that they resell in batches again, Kluevu will be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with this clause.
2.When the buyer needs to buy goods wholesale, please note the product name, size, quantity and quality requirements, and contact Kluevu customer service to agree on payment and delivery time.
3. Kluevu shall handle the transportation matters on behalf of the buyer, and deliver the goods to the carrier. The transportation, insurance and other relevant expenses shall be borne by the buyer.
4.When Kluevu's goods are delivered, the buyer shall inspect the appearance quality and packaging of the goods; The time limit for the buyer to raise an objection to Kluevu's product quality is 5 days from the date of arrival of the goods. The buyer shall give a detailed written description of the quality objection of Kluevu products. If the objection period is expired and the buyer does not raise any objection, it shall be deemed as passing the acceptance; In case of any dispute over the acceptance, the inspection organization shall inspect it.
Note: this clause is the wholesale clause of the company. The buyer must carefully read it before placing an order; After placing the order, it is deemed that the buyer agrees to this clause.
